Your prices were competitive and the CAD drawings really helped my wife and I to visualize what the end product would look like.

John and Brad's continued support with changes to the order and drawings ensured wealways felt on top of whatever we wanted for our big day. The set up and pack up was first class, even with the wind doing its best to make it an impossible task. The marquee itself provided a wonderful venue for our party.

WHAT WE SAID:

Brian originally contacted this office in June 2008 requesting information and assistance in regards to his wedding function on the 25^th January 2009.

Brian's initial question was can we set up a marquee in Yarragon 103km east of Melbourne? I advised Brian that was not an issue for Harts as we service all of Victoria. This made him feel comfortable and re-assured him that his plan for his wedding in country Victoria was possible.

After further discussion I was able to obtain the information required to prepare a comprehensive quotation and invited Brian and his fiancée to the Harts Showroom and Warehouse to view equipment. Brian and his fiancée did call in and were most impressed with our set up at 25 Hamilton Street in Oakleigh and the deposit was paid to reserve the equipment requested for their wedding.

Throughout this process Harts and Brian were in constant contact thus creating an outstanding relationship.

On the 23^rd January 2009 Harts staff traveled to Yarragon and began to set up the equipment for the wedding. Brian contacted us on various occasions during the set up commenting on the outstanding service the Harts field staff were providing.

After the event Brian sent through an email & photos congratulating all Harts staff involved in making his wedding such a memorable occasion.
