At Harts, we are always striving to create the best possible event for our clients. With the help of our CAD software, we can now offer virtual environment images, line drawings, site maps and seating charts to help you make the right decisions for your event.

All drawings produced are to scale, and are perfect for determining space allocation.

CADs can be used for something as simple as table allocations or as complex as lighting options. For our premium clients, we can create photorealistic renderings of the event before we install. This is great for working out colours, themes and placement of furniture.

Pricing for seating charts and basic line drawings start at $50 for orders under $2,000 and are FREE ON REQUEST on orders over $2,000.

Standard virtual environment renders start at $100, and premium start at $500.

Provide us with a photo of the site and we can even position a virtual image of your event over the existing photo.

Video walkthroughs are also available – price on application. It’s like walking through a computer generated simulation of your event.
