An experienced Harts consultant will come to you, measure the site and discuss your needs (and dreams).
We will then sit down with you to map out the site and prepare a quote on the spot. Harts consultant will then email you a quote.
You can change the quote over the phone until we get it right.
Once confirmed Harts will email you an order confirmation to show you have secured your booking.

All of Harts marquees are fully framed and free standing. This means that we are able to place them on any surface and hold them down with weights.
We prefer to peg where possible as weights cost a little extra. Our experienced consultants can advise on the best means of securing the marquee.
Harts owns all terrain forklifts, concrete blocks and water drums so we can secure marquees in almost any situation.

Harts hires out equipment as a charge for a function.
This means that if you are using the equipment for a function on Saturday night you will probably have the equipment from Friday to Monday. Quite often, marquees will be set up on Thursday or Friday, and then dismantled on Monday or Tuesday.
This ensures you have plenty of time to decorate and then to relax after the event.
We are able to cater for any requirements if you have a particular time schedule.

Harts office is open 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturdays.
