The simplest way to book in equipment for you event is to browse the website and get a feel for what you need. Then, give one of our event consultants a call on 03 9530 9900.
For small orders, we can book them straight away over the phone.
Larger orders may require a bit of fine tuning, so we can send a quote via e-mail within 24 hours of your phone call.
To reserve equipment, we require a 50% booking depositor payment in full. Government departments and educational institutions may choose to waive this and book using a purchase order.
Please Note: Your equipment will not be reserved unless we have received a payment or purchase order.

Harts requires a booking deposit to secure your booking of 50% of the total price.
Government departments and educational institutions may choose to waive this and book using a purchase order.
Payment of booking deposits can be made by cash, credit card, cheque or EFT.
Cheque payments must be received 7 days prior to delivery. EFT payments must be received 4 days prior to delivery.
The balance is payable by cash or credit card on the day of delivery.
